OHMALLOY have years of experience in making the type K wire and Nichrome stranded wire for heat treatment unit.
The type K wire in ANSI or IEC standard are both available. The size can be from 28AWG TO 24AWG. The insulation material (Vitrsous silica ) can stand up temperature 800 ℃ for long term and 1100℃ at short term
For the Nichrome 80/20 stranded wire, our Capacity is 200KM/month. So we can meet all client’s requirement on that.
What’s more, we have developing capability in new stranding way if client have special requirement.
