OHMALLOY can cold-draw the NiCr80/20 wire and CuNi44 wire to the diameter such as 0.04mm, 0.06mm, 0.08mm, 0.09mm, 0.1mm....The wire is mainly made used for the , film resistor ( Carbon/Metal/Metal Oxide/Metal Glaze), wire round resistor (silicone coated axial resistor, silicon coated radial resistor).
Our wire have small tolerance and more accurate resistance value.
The available size in BS standard is from 50SWG to 26SWG. The package can be DIN60, DIN80, DIN100 plastic spool.
Usually the tolerance of resistance can be controlled +/-5%, but also we can do +/-3%. If the client can accept higher price, we also can promise +/-2% tolerance.
